3 Moves to Burn the Most Calories EVER

When I want to really turn up my workout, I use "jump training" techniques—explosive, high-intensity jump exercises done repeatedly without rest. These moves work multiple muscle groups at once and get your heart rate up FAST to burn major calories in the shortest time frame. This is also known as my "beast mode" workout because it's crazy hard!
